Tina Knowles shared an unreleased excerpt from the upcoming re-release of her memoir Matriarch: A Memoir during a recent Kurt Geiger London event.

On Friday (April 17), Beyoncé and Solange’s mother, 72, attended an intimate luncheon at Avra in Beverly Hills to celebrate the British fashion and accessories brand’s 2026 Mother’s Day campaign.

During the event — which centered on themes of motherhood, self-expression and family — Knowles previewed a new excerpt from the upcoming paperback edition of Matriarch, scheduled for release on April 28.

“I’m so grateful for the team at Kurt Geiger for such a special pre-Mother’s Day celebration not just for myself but for all of my friends some who are also great mothers,” Knowles said. “This was an incredible way to bring our special campaign to life, sharing space with some of the most beautiful people.”

Originally published in April 2025, Matriarch shares Knowles’ reflections on raising Beyoncé and Solange from childhood into adulthood as two of music’s biggest stars. She also details her recent breast cancer journey, from receiving a diagnosis last year to undergoing surgery, during which doctors successfully removed the entire tumor.

In early April, Knowles partnered with Kurt Geiger London to star in the brand’s Mother’s Day collection, which features five exclusive pink handbag styles. The design is intended to capture Knowles as she prepares for Mother’s Day tea with her grandchildren.

Notable attendees at Friday’s luncheon included Terry Ellis of En Vogue; actress Lela Rochon (Waiting to Exhale); stylist Ty Hunter; actress/director/producer LaTanya Richardson Jackson; and actress/director/ and producer Vivica A. Fox. Yvette Noel-Schure, head of publicity at Parkwood Entertainment, was also in attendance.

“What an incredible afternoon celebrating our beautiful campaign with Ms Tina,” said Rebecca Farrar-Hockley, chief creative officer of Kurt Geiger London. “Being in a room filled with such inspiring people, all recognizing the power of family and the relationships that shape us — whether mother, grandmother, auntie, daughter, or son — was nothing short of magical.”

For Record Store Day 2026, Victrola partners with Jack White‘s Third Man Records on a new set of limited-edition turntable and speakers for music fans who love the warmth and depth of analog audio.

Priced at $649.99 for the bundle, the Victrola Third Man Records Turntable Set comes with the audio company’s Wave turntable and a pair of Tempo bookshelf Bluetooth speakers in the record label’s eye-catching black and yellow colorway.

Although it comes in an all-in-one bundle, you can get the turntable and speakers separately too. Today, football fans and music fans are uniting with a capsule dropped by Mitchell & Ness inspired by the cultural impact of Mac Miller and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The capsule is small, with nine pieces total, but mighty, boasting everything from Miller-monogrammed jerseys to cozy cream-colored crewnecks. Pricing ranges from $65 to $160, depending on the item chosen. The collection is available to shop online now at Fanatics and Mitchell & Ness, and it’s selling out quickly thanks to the Miller tie-in.

Some of our favorites include the Legacy Jersey for $160, reading ” ’92 Til Infinity,” in reference to the year Miller was born. His name is also scrawled on the back, like a regular football jersey, reading like a player’s name. This will likely be a hot-ticket item, especially for Miller fans, because it almost serves as a collector’s piece.

Mac Miller’s Love for the Pittsburgh Steelers Lives on in This Apparel Capsule: Shop Here

Pittsburgh Steelers Mitchell & Ness x Mac Miller Legacy Jersey – White

Every good football collection needs an oversized jersey. This jersey subtly makes reference to Mac Miller with the ’92 on the front, in reference to his birth year 1992.

Pittsburgh Steelers Mitchell & Ness x Mac Miller Blue Slide Park T-Shirt – White

Like the other Blue Slide Park-inspired pieces in this collection, this tee also features art from Mac Miller’s debut album of the same name on the front. This tee only comes in white.

The Blue Slide Park Sweatshirt in white for $110 is another favorite of ours because it refers to the rapper’s 2011 debut album, Blue Slide Park, down to the Steelers’ logo on the front. Fun fact: this album was named after a playground in Pittsburgh’s Frick Park, a park close to where Miller lived. Behind the Steelers’ logo, you can see a geometric green, orange and blue print that was directly taken from Miller’s album art. It’s a thoughtful touch that we think Miller fans will appreciate in spades. As mentioned, all of these pieces are sure to sell out quickly because they pay homage to a musician whom many have nostalgia for and respect. Not to mention the Steelers call-out, which will have football fans flocking.

While the collaborative collection with the Steelers seems rather random at first glance, those who knew Miller will understand the significance. For some context, Miller was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Point Breeze to be exact. Miller was an immensely popular figure in Pittsburgh, repping the Pennsylvanian city through his music.

The rapper’s connection with the Steelers, beyond being a football team from his city, runs deep. He frequently expressed his love for the team, attended games, wore Steelers gear and even led the Terrible Towel twirl (a Steelers fan tradition meant to rally the team during playoffs) at Heinz Field, according to a piece published by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2013. Safe to say, Miller had a connection to the football team that wasn’t just surface level.

Pittsburgh Steelers Mitchell & Ness x Mac Miller Til Infinity Hoodie – Black

This hoodie features a more subtle nod to Mac Miller and comes in a black colorway with colorful graphics. The graphic on the front refers to Miller’s hand tattoos, as seen through two fists wearing Super Bowl-esque rings.

This crewneck comes in both white and cream. The art seen behind the Steelers’ logo is directly pulled from Mac Miller’s debut album cover, Blue Slide Park.

“More than just a hometown artist, Mac had a lasting impact on music and culture, helping shape a generation of independent hip-hop while building a deeply loyal global fan base through his honesty, creativity, and evolution as an artist,” said a statement from Mitchell & Ness. “His connection to Pittsburgh remained central throughout, consistently spotlighting the city and its influence on his work.”

Miller landed at the No. 9 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 alongside Ariana Grande on her 2013 track “The Way.” Miller received a Grammy nomination posthumously for best rap album for his 2018 album Swimming. Even after he died in 2018, Miller was still leaving a lasting impression on the world of music. The rapper’s debut album, Blue Slide Park, garnered widespread love, hitting No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart back in 2011. In the first week alone, the album sold 144,000, according to Luminate.

The Grateful Dead is one of the most celebrated bands in music history with a long tradition of engaging with their fans in creative ways. And after celebrating more than 60 years in music, the Grateful Dead’s longtime partnership with Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is bearing even more fruit with a new lager collaboration.

Available year-round nationwide, Grateful Dead Citrus Daydream Lager is an American Rice Lager that’s described as a “crisp, clean and super-sessionable with a splash of citrus for a drinking experience reminiscent of sunshine and daydreams,” according to the brewery. It’s made from rice and sustainable African Fonio grain, as it’s hopped with a blend of Lemondrop and Contessa hops, as well as features lemongrass, lime and lemon peel for brightness.

The beer itself is bright, flavorful and ideal on a summer day with a crisp and clean finish, as well as notes of lemon and lemongrass.

“Fans of the Grateful Dead are totally engrained in its culture and can easily identify when something doesn’t fit seamlessly with the band’s ethos,” says David Lemieux, the Grateful Dead’s archivist & legacy manager, in a press release. “It’s Dogfish and the Dead’s shared values of creativity and nonconformity, and their laser focuses on remaining true to themselves that has made this partnership so successful.”

Grateful Dead Citrus Daydream Lager, which is 5.3% ABV (Alcohol by Volume), isn’t the band’s only collaboration with Dogfish Head. Last year, the band and brewery partnered with the fan-favorite Grateful Dead Juicy Pale Ale, a light and breezy pale ale that was Dogfish Head’s most successful launch to date.

“Fans felt the genuine connection between our brands with Grateful Dead Juicy Pale Ale and I’m certain they will with Grateful Dead Citrus Daydream Lager, too,” continues Lemieux.

In addition, Dogfish Head launched the Daydream Playbook, a new online hub for creative exploration via storytelling, music, and art. It’s a way for fans to engage with the collaboration through curiosity and creativity.

“Dogfish Head and the Grateful Dead both began as mere ideas, and thinking back to the beginnings of Dogfish, never in my wildest daydreams did I imagine we would one day be collaborating with a group as culturally influential as the Grateful Dead,” says Sam Calagione, Dogfish head brewer & founder. “One heck of a wild ride, our now more than 10-year relationship with the Dead has reinforced my belief in the value of thoughtful, authentic, against-the-grain experimentation… failures be damned. It is only by continuously pushing the boundaries of the beer and music industries that both Dogfish and the Grateful Dead have blossomed into what we are now, and together, I hope we can inspire others to do the same – to chart their own courses as they embark on their own explorations of goodness.”

Meanwhile, Dogfish Head has a few surprises for Record Store Day this year, which lands on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The brewery, which is the official beer of Record Store Day, is set to have the new beers available, Grateful Dead Citrus Daydream Lager and Grateful Dead Juicy Pale Ale, as well as a vinyl record collaboration with the Grateful Dead titled On A Back Porch, Vol. 3. The release features classics, deep cuts and fan-favorite performances from the iconic band. Learn more about Dogfish Head x Grateful Dead x Record Store Day here.

In the meantime, Grateful Dead Citrus Daydream Lager, which comes in six-packs of 12-ounce cans, is now available at grocery and beverage stores across the country. Learn more about Dogfish Head x Grateful Dead, or find where to buy the new lager near you here.

The Voice wrapped its 29th season on April 14, the so-called “Battle of Champions,” a new format featuring a triumvirate of veteran coaches Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend.

This season, Team Adam’s Alexia Jayy was crowned the winner after delivering her take of “Lady Marmalade,” closing with “One and Only,” and performing alongside the Maroon 5 frontman on “Sunday Morning.” Team Kelly’s Liv Ciara came in second, while Lucas West completed the podium in third place, while Mikenley Brown was fourth.

Levine has now won the competition on four occasions as coach. First with Javier Colon (2011), then with Tessanne Chin (2013), Jordan Smith (2015) and now Jayy.

Over the reality singing competition’s history, Blake Shelton remains the statistically best coach in terms of winning seasons, having crowned a champ from his team in nine of the show’s 27 seasons.

When The Voice premiered as NBC’s answer to American Idol, the inaugural cast of coaches consisted of Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Shelton and Cee Lo Green. (Shelton is also the coach with the show’s longest tenure, staying on the rotating panel for 23 seasons.)

Apart from Shelton’s reign as king of The Voice, a plethora of star-studded musicians have appeared as coaches to try their hand at the crown, including Ariana Grande, ShakiraPharrellGwen Stefani, Camila Cabello, Alicia KeysMiley CyrusUsherJennifer Hudson, Kelly Clarkson and Nick Jonas.

Below is a complete list of which coach won at the end of each season.

After sharing a glimpse of Ariana Grande taking the infamous Meet the Parents lie detector test, Universal Pictures dropped the first trailer for Focker-in-Law, the fourth film in the franchise, late Wednesday (April 15).

The trailer introduces Grande’s character Olivia Jones, a lovable former FBI negotiator who’s meeting her boyfriend Henry Focker’s (Skylar Gisondo) family for the first time. The video opens with the same scene as Tuesday’s teaser, with Grande in the hot seat and hooked up to a polygraph test administered by none other than Jack Byrnes (Robert De Niro), the tough-to-impress, untrusting patriarch from the original 2000 Meet the Parents film. As Byrnes’ questions begin to heat up, Olivia’s potential future father-in-law, Greg Focker (Ben Stiller), walks into the room.

“Would you like to ask me some questions, Greg?” Olivia asks her boyfriend’s dad.

“Do you think I hold Henry emotionally hostage?” Greg quickly retorts.

“I mean, yeah. You call him ‘Wee Wee,’” Olivia replies truthfully. “What is that? Like a joke about his wee wee?”

The trailer continues with Grande’s character fitting in easily with the Focker family as she charms them with her impressive career, ability to win over their scary German shepherd, and hostage negotiation skills.

“I pull the strings of the hostage takers, like strategic emotional puppetry,” Olivia explains to Henry’s family during one dinner scene. “That’s how I’m gonna free Henry from you, Greg.”

While the rest of the family is immediately taken with Olivia, Greg is not convinced. The two spend the rest of the trailer embroiled in a hilarious back-and-forth as Greg does everything in his power to one-up Olivia and expose her emotionally manipulative ways that only he sees.

Focker-in-Law is Grande’s first film since the two-part 2024 and 2025 Wicked movies, the first of which earned the pop star her first Academy Award nomination. The Grammy winner’s other acting credits include the 2021 Netflix film Don’t Look Up, the Ryan Murphy series Scream Queens and Nickelodeon’s Victorious and the spin-off Sam & Cat.

Focker-in-Law hits theaters Nov. 25. Watch the trailer below.

Adam Levine wants to keep his winning streak going. On Tuesday night (April 14) the Maroon 5 frontman confirmed to People magazine that he will be back for season 30 of The Voice after notching his fourth win that night with the crowning of his Team Adam contestant Alexia Jayy as the season 29 champion.

Levine, 47, has coached on 18 of the show’s 29 seasons, beginning with the first 16 seasons before taking a break in 2019 to work with his band and then returning for season 27 in 2025; he then stepped away again for season 28 before returning for the just-concluded season. “I will be back. I’m having so much fun doing it,” Levine told the magazine. “Since I came back a few seasons ago it’s just been a blast and I’m super happy to keep it going as long as they’ll have me.”

At press time the rest of the season 30 cast had not yet been revealed following season 29’s “Battle of the Champions” format that featured just three judges — Levine, Kelly Clarkson and John Legend — instead of the traditional quartet. Following Jayy’s win on Tuesday night, Levine now has a total of four winning seasons, including season one (Javier Colon), season 5 (Tessanne Chin) and season 9 (Jordan Smith), tying him with Clarkson, but placing him well behind his frenemy and on-screen rival, former coach Blake Shelton, who managed to rack up nine wins in his 23 seasons on the show.

Levine looks to keep his streak running on the upcoming season — whose airdate has not yet been announced — following the win by Jayy, who drew comparisons to everyone from Whitney Houston to Lauryn Hill during her scorching run on the show. She cemented her win on Tuesday with a killer cover of “Lady Marmalade” and a duet with Levine on “Sunday Morning,” before nailing it down with her soaring take on Adele’s “One and Only.”

“You make people reflect on their own life. When you tap into that, you make the world feel a little bit more together and communal,” Levine told Jayy following her final performance. “That’s really, really, really special. I’ve never experienced the feeling we all just had together. Thank you for being the messenger, you’re unbelievable.”

Adam Levine Returning For Season 30 of ‘The Voice’ After Notching Fourth Win

With her triumph in the final of The Voice, Alexia Jayy is a trailblazer, a record-setter and the hero of NBC’s Battle of Champions.

This 29th and latest season of The Voice enjoyed a makeover, with several format changes and a new-look panel of coaches, marking the talent quest’s first-ever three-coach lineup: Adam Levine, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend.

For those armchair viewers who followed Jayy’s journey from the start, her victory should come as no surprise.

After bagging the very first “Triple Chair Turn” of the new season, joining team Adam, and earning favorable comparisons to Whitney Houston and Lauryn Hill, Jayy always looked like the goods.

On Tuesday night, April 14, she put it beyond doubt with a cover of “Lady Marmalade,” duetted with her coach on “Sunday Morning,” and smashed it clean out the park with a rendition of Adele’s “One and Only.” Donning a white gown, gold cape and necklace, Jayy sounded like someone who was sent here to win.

“That was, crazy,” Clarkson told Levine during the final. “You are so good. Wow, you’re like a vessel. Girl, that was so good, and you felt it … That was like a therapeutic release my heart needed, thank you. And, look, I love Adele, she’s one of my favorite singers, but damn!” The original American Idol quipped, “Just promise me this — never cover my songs.”

If Clarkson was crying, she wasn’t the only one. “You got us all weeping over here,” Legend remarked. “We’re just proud of you, honestly. You’ve just been remarkable every single time and you’ve just been a blessing to all of us.”

Levine had the last word. “You make people reflect on their own life. When you tap into that, you make the world feel a little bit more together and communal,” he noted. “That’s really, really, really special. I’ve never experienced the feeling we all just had together. Thank you for being the messenger, you’re unbelievable.”

Watch Jayy’s performances below.

At the nervy, pointy end of the competition, Jayy was asked about the unwavering support of her coach. “Oh, it has meant the world to me,” she enthused. I didn’t expect I’d get this far, so Adam giving me his kind words and, you know, just motiving me has really brought me so far.”

The Maroon 5 frontman, who inhabited one of the red chairs for the show’s first 16 seasons, as well as season 27, is now a four-time winner as coach, having lifted the trophy with Javier Colon (2011), Tessanne Chin (2013), Jordan Smith (2015) and now Jayy.

Hailing from the small town of Irvington, about 20 miles southwest of Mobile, Jayy, 31, a mom of two, becomes the first African-American woman to win The Voice.

As champion, she receives a $100,000 cash prize, a recording contract with Universal Music Group, and a special “Artist Launch” home recording studio kit.

For the record, Liv Ciara (Team Kelly) is the season 29 runner-up, Lucas West (Team Legend) completed the podium in third place, while Mikenley Brown (Team Kelly) came in fourth.

PinkPantheress just made her 2026 Coachella debut, and the Internet is abuzz about it.

The “Stateside” singer’s April 11 appearance had some majorly viral moments, including iconic performances of hit tracks like “Romeo,” “Another life,” “Illegal,” “Pain” and “Boy’s a liar Pt. 2” featuring Ice Spice, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. The set also featured a ton of special appearances from musicians and actors, namely horsegiirL, The Dare, pianist Precious Renee Tucker, Thundercat and Tyriq Whithers, who played Pink’s “Romeo.”

While her performance was the main focus, her outfits also seemed to take center stage, pun intended, capturing the audience’s attention. That London-inspired look the musician tends to go for was seen throughout every costume change, down to her footwear. Our favorite piece from the singer’s PinkChella set was her UGG shoes, which, despite the blazing desert heat, were a pretty great choice.

The $140 Quill Ballet Sneaker in Red Pepper perfectly paired with Pink’s bright blue tailored blazer, matching cobalt blue socks and baggy jeans. The style is shaped like a sneaker, but with all the qualities of a ballet flat like lace-up closures that wind around the ankles. The uppers are textural suede that transition into non-slip rubber outsoles. The top is left open to loop your laces how you please, like a dancer would. The shoe has amassed a ton of fans via social media after its release earlier this year. Many rave about the shoe’s uniqueness and how comfortable they are to wear.

PinkPantheress’ UGG Shoes at Coachella Nailed One of Fashion’s Hottest Trends

Women’s Quill Ballet Sneaker in Red Pepper

This is a bright red choice that might be unconventional for some, given the silhouette is ballet-inspired and mostly open. The uppers are suede, while the closures are lace-up like ballet flats.

Unconventional footwear like this style has been a trend in the fashion industry for some time now, falling under the category of “ugly cute” shoes. The trend is all about subverting expectations, remixing your footwear game with interesting silhouettes or textures that some might find off-putting or hard to style. While it’s hard to pinpoint where this trend might have emerged from, Masion Margiela’s split-toe Tabi shoes could have been the catalyst. Sure, a plain ballet flat can do no wrong, but have you ever tried wearing one with hoof-like toes or one with sneaker-like qualities?

Ahead of her Coachella set, PinkPantheress was also tapped for a 90s pop culture-inspired campaign with UGG. The star was styled in the fan favorite Tazz II in chestnut, along with two new spring styles Quill Ballet Sneaker, this time in mustard seed, and the GoldenGlow Embossed Sandal also in mustard seed. For the campaign, the “Romeo” singer was dressed romantically like an angel or fairy, styling her UGGs with pink tights or matching knee-high socks. Teasers of the campaign were posted to UGG’s Instagram on April 8, followed by a slew of photos and videos of PinkPantheress posing in a bedroom-like setting.
